Carping: Day 5

Am certainly am getting what I asked for with this job: practical, hands-on work.
In the space of seven hours I made:
·       1 Middle Eastern salad
·       1 slaw
·       1 pizza (from scratch with a quinoa base)                                
·       1 quiche (from scratch)                                     
·       2 soups – carrot, ginger and orange (will definitely go easier on the ginger next time) and leek and potato (a classic)
·       2 dressings

On the stereo: BBC Cornwall. Pretty constantly.
